1. Head To Djemaa el Fna
The unmissable open square known as Djemaa el Fna is the ideal place to visit with your kids.
Whether you spend your time exploring the many food and craft stalls during the day, or take in an acrobat or magician event, there are numerous ways to enjoy your time taking in Marrakech’s magical centre.
2. Visit The Old City
While kids often have endless energy, why not save their tired little legs by exploring the vibrant Old City on a horse-drawn carriage?
As you go along, keep an eye out for the city’s various palaces and souks, while taking in the various traditional sights and smells of the city.
3. Try The Food
No visit to Marrakech would be complete without trying out a traditional Moroccan dish or three.
While some dishes may be too spicy for them, tagine is a great one to try first, followed by a slice of orange cake, of course.
4. Take A Camel Ride
Rather than taking a car or taxi around Marrakech, why not take an alternative mode of transport instead?
Jump on the back of a stunningly decorated camel and head out for a walk in the desert.

6. Visit The Gardens
Marrakech’s Jardin Marjorelle is a beautiful, colourful garden which offers a fantastic escape away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech’s city centre.
With an abundance of flowers and sculptures to see, your kids will have a great time learning all about the city’s various wildlife and historical background.
7. Enjoy Some Fresh Orange Juice
It’s important for your kids to get their daily dose of vitamin C, so what better way is to ensure they do exactly that than through a nice, cool glass of fresh orange juice?
During your trip to Marrakech, be sure to enjoy as many glasses as of the sweet nectar as you can.
