Room Reservations
A deposit of 25% is required within five days of booking to secure and confirm the reservation .
This is refundable in full in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before dates of booking. Cancellation between 6 & 4 weeks of the reserved booking sees the return of 50% of the deposit. Cancellation 4 weeks or less before the reserved booking will result in the full retention of the deposit.
Complete Riad Reservation
For any complete riad reservation, a 10% deposit is required immediately. An additional 25% deposit is required 4 months before arrival. Four weeks before arrival, the balance,65%, of accommodation is due. For any complete riad reservation, cancellation on or before 4 months arrival, the 10% deposit is returned, Cancellation 16 weeks to 10weeks, 45% deposit is returned. 10-8 weeks cancellation, 50% of deposit returned. Cancellation 8 to 4 weeks,40% deposit is returned. Cancellation four weeks or less entire reservation is retained.
